This deposit will go toward your selected package. A $75 (refundable) damage fee will also be added to your remaining balance, which is due 1 day before your event by 11:59 PM. If payment is not received by the deadline, your event will be cancelled, and the $50 deposit will be forfeited. Thank you for understanding and following Daisy Play Land’s booking policy! 💕
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel / reschedule your reservation, please be sure to reach out to us as soon as possible . If you need to cancel you will forfeit your (non-refundable) deposit, You can reschedule within (6) days of the original scheduled event. Set up and take down are included in your package price. The renter is responsible for clearing all areas needed for equipment and must be present at the time of delivery. Daisy Play Land will arrive 30-45 minutes before the scheduled event to set up and take down. At Daisy Play Land, we make your party vision come to life! Whether it’s a birthday, baby shower, or special event — our soft play setups can be coordinated to match your theme and colors perfectly! Let us know your colors and we’ll take care of the rest.
